Please provide basic profile information below; we collect name and date of birth for every individual so our records remain accurate for all ages and household relationships.
 
 
Profile Picture (Optional)
Please upload a clear, front‑facing photo of the person to utilize as the profile picture in our system. This will be reviewed by our administrator before being added to your profile.  While optional, profile pictures are useful to staff and pastors.
Education
Please share your child’s current school and grade so we can align our Christian education programs with their developmental stage and support them during key school‑year activities

Our church keeps basic information about membership and baptism as part of our regular records.
